Meeting Minutes

Meeting convened:  7:03 PM 

Approval of Minutes of October 18, 2011  Action:  Approve (Clinton, 2nd Hagelshaw) All board members approved.
 
II.     Co-Treasurer's Reports 
A.  Account Balances-Greg- Revenues and expenses are at level as forecasted per budget with the exception of liability insurance, which increased by $84.

B.  Dues and Lien collections-Julie-Dues are currently at 80% dues paid.  

IV.     Committee Reports

Newsletter - Nanette - December newsletter nearly ready for printing.
Common Area Maintenance - Anne- City is evaluating request for tree removal.  Once approval is granted, a 30-day notification period begins.
C. Planning and Zoning - Anita - Complaint has been filed with the City regarding cemented front yard at 1369 Plymouth; she will follow-up on this matter.

Ocean Avenue Association - Kate
*CVS will open spring, 2012.

*Chase bank plans moving forward.

      *Avalon apartments will be available for rent in spring, 2012.

      *El Rey 80th anniversary celebration scheduled for 11/19/11. 
VI.     New Business -

*Resident of 695 Miramar requested approval of plans for installing a picket fence in her front and side yards.  She was advised that front yard fences are prohibited by WPA CCR's.  Side yard fences are allowed.

*Resident of 1580 Plymouth asked to attend the meeting.  He learned that the date and location were incorrect on the website.  He arrived at the meeting at approximately 7:15 PM, but declined to attend.

*Anita- Raised the prospect of changing meeting schedule from monthly to bimonthly.  Item will be discussed at next meeting.
