A.  Account Balances – Grant Edelstone: Revenues continue to extend beyond expenditures. $2400 Donations received. B.  Dues and Lien collections – Julie Hagelshaw: 84% paid. Of the lien notices sent as of last month, only a few paid. Will be processing for 12 properties; Total amount outstanding for the 12 properties is $4,211.06.
 V.    Committee Reports Newsletter - Nanette Asimov: Reviewed ideas on possible reformatting of newsletter to give a fresher, modern look; Call for content – Will be focusing on Nert, Halloween, Unsung Hero in the neighborhood, possible merchant profile. Send articles asap. Common Area Maintenance - Greg Clinton: Baltazar will be planting 9 new trees and improve bases around other trees. He will also redo irrigation in Miramar circle and timer valve; general discussion on various maintenance issues and gate cleaning that will be further discussed in the Spring. Action: Replace irrigation and sod in Upper Faxon Avenue Triangle similar to Lower Faxon and install 2 benches one on the northwest corner & one on the southern corner of the Triangle (Motion: Nanette Asimov, 2nd Grant Edelstone) Vote of 4 – 0, 1 Abstention. Planning and Zoning—Anita Theoharis 1490 Ocean Avenue: Proposed demolition of gas station and constructing a four story structure consisting of 24 apartments. Checked on line and there is no record of revised plans being submitted. To date, no further communication received from the project sponsor or her representative. OARC—Kate Favetti City College of San Francisco approved a resolution in support Ocean Avenue Revitalization Collaborative (OARC) establishment of an Ingleside-Ocean Avenue Community Benefit District. VII.    New Business 1271 Plymouth – Large (16 wheelers) trucks unloading pallets; Question whether activities conform with zoning regulations; Anne to work with Anita on this matter; Will discuss at later meeting. Solar Panels – need to set “forward looking, green” policy on solar panels in Westwood Park and publish in newsletter.
