Sign-in sheet B. Email list VII. Open Questions from Residents A. Graffiti on Ocean Ave Ð Can anything be done about it? a. Sean Elsbernd answered Ð We should keep painting over it. It is good to call 311 to report grafitti. Owners of private property are responsible to paint over it within 30 days. B. Speeding on Monterey Ð Can traffic cameras be installed? a. S. Elsbernd Ð Will alert police department. Cameras are not likely to happen. They are put in intersections with very heavy traffic. C. Can dog waste bins be installed on greens? a. Greg Clinton Ð WPA Board will bring this up at the next board meeting. D. Crime in neighborhood a. Denis O'Leary Ð there were some questions about supervision in the group home on Miramar. WPA is meeting with the supervisor of the group home. Will contact district attorney to report increase in crime. Also, program is in place at Ingleside Police Station where veteran sergeant teaches newer officers surveillance techniques. Call 911 if you think a crime is in the works. VIII.
