Co-Treasurer's Reports: Account balances provided in report from co- treasurer, Grant Edelstone as follows: 6 Mo cd: $30,069.23 Maximizer: $46,096.46 WPA Checking: $853.18 Total: $77,018.87 Dues and Liens: Julie Hagelshaw 76% dues paid. 120 properties owe for this year. 19 properties owe for 2 years. 21 properties owe for more than 2 years. 15 need to have liens put on them. Common Area Maintenance: Greg Clinton Graffiti reported on Miramar gates, the Circle and Flood gate. He has e-mailed Dave Greenbaum but hasn't heard back yet. Lost a tree. Planning and Zoning: Anita Theoharis 111 Colon Ð Got a note from Mr. & Mrs. Coles. "We reduced the height of the addition. We met with two city planners." Anne move to change the Realtor letter to say "vertical additions will not be approved". Asa seconds. Passed unanimously. Old Business: Setback parking Ð Anne Will talk to Bob Stark and get some guidelines drawn up. 1250 Plymouth Ð Anne Nothing to report 150 Eastwood Ð Anne Nothing to report Welcome package Ð Asa Waiting for letter from Greg (next meeting). Database Ð Grant/Julie Have figured out how to get the billing database into Excel from Mac to PC. Annual Meeting Date Ð Greg/Anita September 22 is Yom Kippur so we should change. Everyone to send an e-mail to Greg about what dates (Saturdays/Sundays) you can make it in September and October. Painting the gates Ð Grant Can we paint or clean the gates? Geoff to e-mail Greg Ð what happened with O'Flynn? Nanette suggests lining someone up sooner rather than later. New Business: Upper Plymouth Green Design Ð Christopher Campbell Chris gave presentation. Developed a different plan for the upper Plymouth green than the one we already have Ð more "organic" and friendly to wildlife. More native plants. Provided list of "Bee, Bird and beneficial insect friendly plants". Watering Ð manual? Timers? Chris suggests timers. It will be more self-sustaining than other types of gardens. Anita Ð NERT triage Ð could it still be located at Upper Plymouth Green? Chris thinks yes, it shouldn't be a problem. Chris Ð volunteering Ð will help on volunteer days as well. Mother's Day Native Plants gardening tour Ð hoping that this green will be included. Anita Ð maybe we could have a gardening tour, like the garden tour in Miraloma Park. Timing Ð Volunteer days: July 14 & 21. Anne moves to accept the premise of this new plan. Geoff seconds. Passed unanimously. Phone call Ð Julie Nick Jordan on 1300 block on Plymouth. Asking about the "no parking during school hours" signs. Anne Ð they would have to petition themselves block by block. Only a block can petition by itself.
