Important Documents
All residents of Westwood Park should have received hard copies of two official documents when they purchased their home in Westwood Park.
The Declaration of Easements, Restrictions, Conditions, Covenants, Charges and Agreements, commonly known as the "CC&Rs", details specific restrictions on residences in Westwood Park, including, but not limited to, fences, setbacks, easements, etc. The CC&Rs are available in PDF format by clicking on the link below.
The other official document, the Westwood Park Association Residential Design Guidelines, contains detailed design guidelines for additions, renovations, and modifications to homes in Westwood Park. The document also explains how to comply with the Association's requirements for neighborhood notification, design review, and project approval when undertaking such projects. The Design Guidelines are available in PDF format by clickin on the link below.
