Westwood Park property owners are automatically members of the Westwood Park Association. The Association's publicly-elected Board of Directors is responsible for upkeep of the lawns and trees in the Park's common areas, maintenance of our historic structures, and enforcement of the CC&Rs and Westwood Park Association Residential Design Guidelines.
